The only certified Kundalini yoga and meditation training in Quebec, approved by Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and recognized by Yoga Alliance.

The 60-hour training is done online. The instructor is Shabad Saroop Singh Khalsa (Yogi Shabad). This training is offered to Kundalini Level 1 yoga teachers certified by the Kundalini Research Institute.

The training is spread over 3 weekends: January 24 and 25, February 21 and 22 and March 28 and 29, 2026.

Level 1 Kundalini yoga teacher training certified by KRI

The teaching of the Age of Aquarius level 1: the foundation.

The only 200-hour certified Kundalini yoga and meditation training in Quebec, approved by Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and recognized by Yoga Alliance.

The lead trainer is Shabad Saroop Singh Khalsa ( Yogi Shabad)

The training program is spread over 10 weekends from September 2026 to June 2027 in Montreal.

The training weekends are: September 18-19-20 / October 16-17-18 / November 13-14-15 / December 11-12-13.

2027: January 15-16-17 / February 19-20-21 / March 19-20-21 / April 16-17-18 / May 14-15-16 / June 11-12-13

The price is $3300 + taxes, including manuals.
